This just popped up on my desktop courtesy of Weather Watcher:

…FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 8 AM EDT THURSDAY…
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAND RAPIDS HAS ISSUED A FROST ADVISORY…WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 8 AM EDT THURSDAY.

TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO FALL INTO THE 30S AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT…AND ARE EXPECTED TO BOTTOM OUT IN THE LOW TO MID 30S BY DAYBREAK THURSDAY MORNING.

WIDESPREAD FROST IS EXPECTED TO FORM AT MOST AREAS AWAY FROM THE IMMEDIATE LAKE MICHIGAN SHORELINE OVERNIGHT. SOME OF THE NORMALLY LOCAL COLDER LOCATIONS MAY SEE TEMPERATURES FALL BELOW FREEZING.

A FROST ADVISORY MEANS THAT FROST IS LIKELY. SENSITIVE OUTDOOR PLANTS MAY BE KILLED IF LEFT UNCOVERED.

Yes, weather bulletins come over news wires in all caps.
