Through the years…Jenny…one thing has remained constant…the fact that we’ve always been there for one another..I know you remember how awful I was to your past ‘boyfriends’…and with good reason…in retrospect…but in the end..I love you…with all my heart…

I couldn’t be prouder…or more humbled…that in some part of her mind…Jen took some part of what I tried to teach her…what Mom tried to teach her…and chose someone like you…it was all her…I’m not trying to take credit for steering her at all…but I like to believe…she listened..and took a lil bit of our advice…and suddenly there you were…
I couldn’t be prouder…or more pleased…that she chose to share herself with you…give herself to you…and go through the sacrament of marriage…let alone childbirth…with you…and noone else…
Jay…I’m honoured…I can’t put it any other way…

All our waiting is over today. At 2:00 pm the doctors will be inducing labor, and little Aidan will be out in the world.
