No, the Wingle is not my penis.

Highlights of the Wingle include…”Bold design of chrome plated grill, infiltrating with the desire to conquer all from inside to outside” and “Inner decoration equipped with streamline incorporate central console, its innovative outline and comfortable tactility unified with vehicle style, clear legible high brightness dashboard, fashionable, honorable, and comfortable.”

Basically, it’s the greatest.

I totally fail at updating this site.

‘Nuff said.

So now that that’s out of the way, I guess updates are in order.

The awesome and mighty power of the baby belly is still accumulating energy and has already acquired an astonishing amount of stuff. Crib, stroller, mattress, changing mattress, oodles of onesies, blankets and cloths, multiple portable cribs, (take a breath) bouncers, car seats, toys, bottles, pacifiers, travel bags, hats, mittens, diapers, wipes, wipe warmer, swaddling clothes, hoodie blankets, baby bath tubs, socks, overalls, safety locks, bassinet……….

I’m done trying to remember of all of it.

We’re now at the point where the birth could start at any time, and there’s a lot of camera hardware waiting to watch this little guy grow up.

And you’ll see it. Prepare yourself!

Wow… somebody turned a joking idea I’ve had for years into a real product.

Yesterday as we were leaving the house to grab some breakfast and run some errands a little voice in my head said “Hey, it’s a nice day out. You should take your camera.” Unfortunately the day was so nice I ultimately decided I didn’t want the extra weight in my pockets and opted to leave it at home.

I should have listened.

Early in the day I noticed a really odd looking car in a parking lot. As we drove by it I could make out a manufacturer’s license plate and an insane amount of black cladding all over the body. Anyone who keeps up with spy shots of new car models online knows exactly what I was looking at: An unreleased prototype version of some new car from GM.

From the back it appeared to be a new model of the Chevy Equinox. The front end had all the markings of a Jeep vehicle: Huge, straight vertical grill lines with perfectly round headlights positioned directly above the grill. Either there’s some crazy plans for the next Jeep Liberty or the next Equinox is going to be a big hit with Jeep fans.

Next time that camera will be in my pocket!
