Seth, Jenny and I had quite the treat to watch while on the porch the other day…
“Nothing Can Stop The Grimace” by Benj Edwards at request-a-song.com. Thanks to Whit for including it on a mix CD she burned for me ![]()
You learn the damnedest things from server logs…
While browsing through today’s server activity I discovered a connection (from an army.mil IP range no less) to this post by one Mr Tyler Riggs.
The server also records where the connection originated from. This one is a bit … unusual for the traffic we normally get.
That’s right. Somehow we are currently #1 on Yahoo’s search for “lady midgets”.
So I’d like to give a warm welcome to the pba.army.mil user who found our site while searching Yahoo, and a well deserved “Are you happy now?” to Mr Riggs.
Well done! ![]()
It’s very sad that a man was actually killed by a robotic lawnmower, but it’s also impossible to pass up a story like this without a Terminator reference.
This kid is going to need one giant sized BBQ pit.
Have a good holiday weekend folks!
Sometimes sarcasm is difficult to get across in text…
After a long second shift at work tonight, while Jen was getting down with some Final Fantasy XII, I decided to catch up on my RSS feed reading.
The Wharton Center announced their lineup for the next year, and it is shorter than normal because they want to leave room for tour acts that always come around mid-season.
That’s the good news.
To be honest, the only thing that really piqued my interest at all was Richard Dreyfuss on February 4th 2008.
That’s right, Richard Dreyfuss. About the only thing that can make this any better is if Treat Williams shows up and they sing a duet together.
UPDATE: 6/03/07 I saw a commercial tonight with more of the recently added performances and Monty Python’s Spamalot will be playing on December 4 - 9 2007. Definitely an improvement.
I was brought to the attention recently of what can only be described as one of the more original, and funny, alibis for a crime ever.
“I didnt bring in a two by four and try to rob that store! It was my [I'm not making this up] evil twin brother!”
Jebus riding a bicycle! If only I had thought of that before several of my numerous run ins with incarceration….

Most unintentionally funny line from the story:
“Local reports say the audience of about 20 people, mostly children, thought the shooting was part of the show before realizing both men had been killed.”
Sad, but clowny.
Also sad, clowny isn’t actually a word.
